I. JOB SUMMARY
The Sellers Management is responsible for Agency Contracting; recommends approval for allowance and budget request & utilization and evaluates performance by performing regular business review. .
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Agents Management
· Process the drafting of Agent Agreement.
· Agency Management:
o Conduct periodic performance evaluation of the Agents by matching their sales production against expenses.
o Reviews validity, accuracy and timely release of agents' allowances and opex.
o Periodically review master file of Agent's Contracts to ascertain completeness, compliance and timely renewal/termination.
o Maintain records of agents' expenses in terms of allowance, opex, advances and liquidations.
o Submit Agency Wise Monthly PNL.
· System Update and Maintenance (Lean Asset) of Agents Profile.
· Review and recommend approval of agents' budget request and its utilization.
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Agents policies and procedures.
