We are looking for a Seller Support Team Leader who will join our Marketplace Operations. He/She will take full ownership on supervising, managing, and motivating seller support team members and should be able to act proactively to ensure effective collaboration and to achieve daily goals. The identified candidate will report in MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa.
Responsibilities:
Assist high level customer/seller escalations through internal communication platform
Manage and drive performance from the team in meeting SLAs and KPIs
Analyze performance trends and provide process improvements and resolution
Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client
Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development
Balance the needs of key stakeholders and ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals.
Establish operations objectives and work plans, delegate assignments to subordinate when necessary, and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Must have good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Competent in MS Office applications
Must have strong personality to handle complicated situations
Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule during PEAK season
