1. Reporting
Prepares the following reports:
Sales Report
In-House Sales and Quota Report
In-House Sellers Performance Evaluation Report
In-House Sellers Payroll Report
2. Checks/ Reviews Payroll Report of IH Sellers
On Payroll processing, ensures to pay accurate allowances on time
Reviews and evaluates Project Groups request for extension of allowance
Re-evaluates quarterly performance of sellers to identify fall-outs and cancelled accounts.
Reviews requests for reinstatement of allowances.
Ensures no delay in tagging of requirements in the systems.
3. Movements of Sellers.
Ensures the accuracy and timely tagging of movements in the system.
Reviews and Evaluates Promotions, Level Adjustments,
Activations/Deactivations, Increase in Commission Rate, Change in Structure.
Communicates with Projects Groups regarding automatic termination of IH Sellers.
Evaluates requests on possible re-instatement of allowance and activation of contract.
Ensures that all resigned, terminated, converted to Sales Associates and Marketing partner are immediately block in the system.
4. Commission Deduction Posting /QSC / Help Desk / Answers Queries from Buyers and Sellers.
Ensures no delay in distribution of commission vouchers.
Posting of Commission deduction for negative variance and request from After Sales and Account Servicing Dept.
Rotation to do Quality Sales Circle.
Performs other tasks that maybe assign from time to time (e.g. attends meetings, proposal and recommendation, minutes of the meeting, prepares memos).
Assists in follow-up of commission release.
