Manage accounts collection and revenue declaration for mall marketing packages
Monitor and report aging, status and amount of accounts receivables from marketing packages (DDay, payday, brand led campaigns, BAU, etc.) sold to CB brands
Review and validate payments for mall marketing packages and update relevant reports, trackers and systems
Consolidate the revenue received from packages on a monthly basis for revenue declaration to Finance and Regional stakeholders
File adjustments for unpaid packages to recover overdue accounts or for reimbursements
Coordinate with KAMs/RMs to follow up sellers with outstanding invoices and collect payment by due date
Design initiatives to improve sell out of packages offered
Initiate and implement process improvements to the payment and collections process
Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and running different programs under seller management
Cascade and follow through with nominations and confirmations of program participation from KAMs/RMs of sellers
Extract and prepare data necessary for screening of shops to participate in programs
Verify the data accuracy of program commitments and process program incentives to eligible sellers on a timely basis
Propose new or improve current design and strategies of programs that can help grow sellers and/or grow profitability of the business
Requirements:
Has at least three years of work experience
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Google Sheets
Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
