Requirements: Possesses Bachelor's degree with good academic record Minimum 5 years of working experience in training & development in a Customer Service setting Has experience in training gap analysis and project management Must have experience in handling newly on boarded employees and knowledgeable in conducting classroom or face-to-face training. Must have experience in leading engagement projects
