Job Description
Basic Requirements
College graduate.
Has experience in Aviation Security.
Preferably with formal training in Basic Aviation Security; and Train the Trainer.
Adaptable to any shift schedule.
Proficient in report writing.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the Aviation Security standards are properly implemented per PAA Security Manual and other airport regulations.
Conduct prompt security investigation on incidents.
Perform regular security quality control activities.
Supervise and monitor the contracted security guards in the performance of duties.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on related concerns.
Submit a daily security report on operational activities.
Conduct security awareness training.
Assist other departments in accomplishing objectives.
Perform other related duties, as directed.
