Description * EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Graduate of any 4 Years or BS Degree on Protective Services and Management-related courses. Criminologist is an advantage.
BOSH certified is an advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience as a Security Manager
Certified Security Professional or other equivalent security industry certifications
With certification or training on Basic Life Support (BLS) or a certified Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).
Good investigative background and communications skill

Security Policies
Consistently implements security policies that addresses the demand in all Landmark stores he is assigned. Ensures that policies are localized to his assigned areas. Drafts and submits proposals on security procedures and policies regarding loss prevention.
He must also update his assigned team on new and existing security policies, procedures and guidelines.
Security Gaps and Risk Assessment
Conducts building and grounds surveys not limited to security posts (e.g. access control, and points high-risked areas on a regular basis in his assigned area. Identifies and prioritizes potential security threats, security risk levels that could produce financial losses and produce accidents.
Reviews security posting by Operating sections e.g. Receiving, Warehousing, Supermarket, Department Store, Corporate offices and processes e.g. frisking, RDU, baggage, roving areas, etc.)
Conducts daily inspection of security posts
Recommends appropriate corrective actions to address dentified security gaps and risks.
Security Reports
Reviews the reports submitted by the Security Officers on any breach in Security (e.g. loss prevention, qualified theft, etc). He must also submit a timely report to the Executive Officer along with proposals and recommendations to address the different gaps or deficiencies.
Reviews security daily operational plans prepared by organic Security Officers and ensures these are cascaded with the Security officers and guards in his assigned area to address their security needs.
Case Investigation
Oversees security-related investigation as needed/required by the nature of cases
Coordinates and works closely with the Company officers (Store Managers, Warehouse Managers, etc.) regarding security concerns or issues that may arise.
Represents the Company in any legal or local engagement in his assigned area related to security matters as directed by the Management.
Interaction with Local Government Agencies
Acts as a primary liaison with industry and government agencies including the local and regional levels of government sectors and institutions - law enforcement and regulatory affairs.
Implements local authority requirement and regulation for security and safety of the employees and stakeholders in the Company.
Emergency and Disaster Response
Ensures the proper implementation and compliance on Emergency and Disaster Response-related training, seminars, and pocket drills (such as earthquake, fire, robbery, riot and other emergency responses) by cascading the standard procedures with his security team and agency personnel.
