About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate advocate of security analytics as a Security Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of fleet management and strategic security initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Security department to implement and monitor the execution of security strategies
Develop security-centric solutions for strategic initiatives
Creation of ad hoc analyses and presentations
Create/document process for Policies & Technical Security Requirements (TSR) program; this would include:
The drafting of policies and technical security requirements
Process to review Policies & TSRs with stakeholders
Create annual/FY schedule for reviews of policies/TSRs
Identification and documentation of appropriate stakeholders for each policy/TSR
Move current in-draft TSRs through a review process with subject matter experts and publish them when finally approved
Write initial drafts of TSRs that are missing and needed
Work with Communication team and/or create communication templates to publicize the updates as broadly as needed via all available communication channels
Requirements:
Preferred BS/BA degree or equivalent focus in computer science and cybersecurity
Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Security Requirements (TSR)
At least 5-7 years of Analytics experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
ITIL is a plus
NIST is a plus
Security licenses is a plus
Knowledge and experience with security scanning tools, penetration testing, and penetration testing remediation
Adaptability, flexibility, and problem solving
