The Tax Reporting Securities Operations Service Specialist 3
(SOSS3) provides service and support to all Wells Fargo Advisors
business channel field associates and/or financial center associates.
Responsibilities include receiving and resolving questions,
inquiries, and problems reported by these customers related to Tax
Reporting and Cost Basis processes, policies, and procedures.
Resolution must occur in a timely and accurate manner to satisfy
internal and/or external clients. Must be able to answer electronic
inquiries and respond to e-mails appropriately. Assist entire team
in meeting targeted monthly service levels. Assist team members
