Receives calls and directs them to respective department concerned
Coordinating the day to day schedule of job orders with the concerned maintenance/staff
Inventory and issuance of housekeeping materials
Receives job orders from concerned departments that are subject to scheduling and coordination with the heads
Scouts prices for requested construction materials and housekeeping supplies.
Coordinates tripping schedule of building ad staff with the scheduling manager
Preparation of documents for sending out to tenants
Prepares gate pass for pull out of items of tenants
Filing and sorting building ad and other documents related to tenants
Send out invitation letters to brokers for tenant referrals
Send out floor plans to brokers of available space for lease
Assists brokers in viewing the units/building and send related documents/data they need for the rental advertisement of the units available
Assists the Office of the Senior Vice President department in all clerical works in the daily operations such as encoding, printing, sorting and filing of documents
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
