Job Description
To maintain company records and make any/all necessary documents.
To respond quickly to customers manage email and phone all while providing top-notch customer service.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Demonstrate safe, professional and courteous customer service.
Job Qualification
Must be a high school graduate, but having a vocational diploma/ short course certificate is preferred
Must have good written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
With intermediate level computer literacy, having handled Microsoft office programs and various booking and communication programs
Willing to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high level of integrity and initiative
