Responsibilities:
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
Make travel arrangements for executives
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Computer literate
Must be keen to details, team player, flexible and fast learner
With good communication skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in the same field is an advantage
Preferably a resident of Las Piñas, Parañaque or nearby areas
