Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO and executives by managing an up-to-date schedules of appointments, business functions and travel arrangement
Coordinate logistics needs for business meetings or conferences and prepare meeting agenda, minutes or related materials
Handle internal and external business correspondences, and reporting
Lead administrative supports in local and overseas offices
Manage the deployment of management initiatives with local and oversees teams
Manage to support PR, marketing and employee relation activities
Manage to support other ad-hoc projects and duties
Requirements:
Degree holder with formal secretarial training will be an advantage
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably serving senior management
Good command of written and spoken English. Other language an added advantage
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently under pressure
Possess good organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Word Processing
