Secretary/Office Staff (Behind Robinsons Galleria)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be responsible for providing professional, administrative support/Clerical Task/Secretarial Task
Assisting & support to each Dept. and branches
Coordination to diff. offices
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
MATURE and a TEAM PLAYER
Can able to work well under pressure
Can work with minimal supervision
With at least 1 year of experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support, Secretarial, or equivalent
Fresh graduate is also open to apply.
Highly analytical, organize, presentable, smart, and confident
Must be very flexible, hands-on, and capable of multitasking
Creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment
Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, and PowerPoint)
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig (Behind Robinsons Galleria)
