Department Digital Marketing Employee Type Probationary The SEO Lead shall serve as the conglomerate's key advisor on acquiring organic traffic, leads & conversions on websites & apps through the use of technical, content and link-building-related optimizations. This position will be working closely across the different Business Units to ensure digital strategies, tactics & methods are aligned with the latest best practices of Search Engine Optimization & App Search Optimization. In addition, this role will also serve as the head of the central Search Engine Optimization service, which provides end-to-end SEO-related work & deliverables for priority Business Units. This position will also be working closely across the BUs to ensure website measurement & analytics are aligned with overall marketing strategies, that these are properly installed on all platforms and that these are displayed on time and in full with the right processes and tools. WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE End-to-End SEO Management Work Closely With BU Teams To Teach The Concepts & Guide The Application Of SEO Best Practices In The Following Areas Discovery & Insights: audit & assessment of websites, apps & other assets, keyword research, competitive benchmarking, etc. Strategy & Planning: create long-term strategies / roadmaps and SEO plans, budget planning, develop content plans, etc. Implementation: set-up & launch, constant planning, executing experiments & optimization Measurement: goals & metrics setting, reporting & evaluation In select cases, lead the actual end-to-end planning & implementation of SEO work & deliverables for priority Business Units. End-to-End Web Analytics Work Closely With BU Teams To Teach The Concepts & Guide The Application Of Web Analytics For Marketing Best Practices In The Following Areas Discovery & Insights: audit & assessment of current data capabilities, analytics tools to use, etc. Strategy & Planning: create long-term strategies / plans, budget planning, etc. Implementation: set-up & launch, constant testing & optimization Measurement: goals & metrics setting, reporting/ visualization Vendor & Tool Selection Management Support vendor & tool selection efforts to ensure Business Units are exposed to the best options and follow the right processes in evaluating and choosing the most suitable one. Research on the best options Development of the brief, evaluation tools, etc. Implementation of the pitches Vendor/tool evaluation and selection Thought Leadership & Capability Building Act as subject matter expert and consultant in SEO & Web Analytics best practices, trends, latest innovations, etc. from a corporate level and across BUs. Understand organization and business needs to identify key opportunities to develop capabilities Develop a learning plan to upskill the relevant teams Provide or facilitate learning sessions & communications on the vertical WHO ARE YOU Proven work experience as an SEO Director, Manager or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in the vertical Experience in developing and implementing SEO roadmaps Solid background in organic traffic, lead & conversion strategies Technical expertise with SEO and analytical tools & systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Knowledge of agile marketing methods and best practices An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end Adaptable and able to create support for effective campaigns despite restrictions in resources Strong communication skills both internally (BUs, top management, etc.) and externally (agencies & tool vendors) Data-driven and Customer-Centric attitude Bachelor's degree Capable of working under pressure and multitasking Experience in related industries such as banking, real estate, FMCG and/or retail is not a must, but preferred Strong marketing analytics set-up & ongoing support skills, especially for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel, app analytics tools, etc. Strong data visualization set-up skills, especially for Google Data Studio and/or Power BI The Gokongwei Group is one of the Philippines' most significant and diversified conglomerates.
