Job Description
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
Support development and execution of the logistics excellence program across Southeast Asia. Responsible for driving the cost/ savings program, developing analytics & benchmarking projects, running network studies and deploying digital capabilities to support the transformation agenda.
Main Accountabilities
Identify, monitor & deliver savings opportunities for the cluster
Drive the on-time deployment of digital capabilities per market
Run logistics network projects - conceptualize scenarios, run network optimization analysis, design framework for execution
Develop & run analytics and benchmarking projects to identify cost/ performance improvements
Develop and enhance performance visibility implement systems & tools and provide the analytical framework to mine data
Track spend vs. budget and identify gaps and opportunities for cost avoidance
Drive sustainability agenda to deliver CO2 reduction commitments
Work intensively with the wider internal (logistics operations, procurement, finance, IT) and external (3PLs) logistics network
Develop new capabilities & technologies, partnering with incumbent and new logistics solution providers to establish pilots in existing operations
Capture & share best practice solutions within the cluster and globally

Relevant experience required:
Essential:
Masters / Degree in Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in warehousing or transportation operations preferred
Strong analytical capability
Experience in network optimization tools
Experience in the latest digital solutions (data visualization and data mining)
Must be willing to be assigned in SEA countries.
