Qualifications
College degree in Logistics, Management, Administration or any Business-related course
with at least two(2) years working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics or related field is required for this position
Handled shipping and documentation processing following the set government regulations
Experience in Sea Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Job Summary
Monitor shipment arrivals and departure, Record and Monitor vessels in close coordination with Carrier. Record and maintain all bookings received from shipper/agent/principal and book to carrier's agent or co-loader.
Do and ensure documentation handling. Monitoring of document to ensure its accuracy. Coordinated to fix and ensure information.
Negotiate and book cargo with shipping lines.
Ensuring full compliance to any relevant regulations.
Coordinates the delivery process and manage this until final destination.
