1. Ensures that all necessary information and documents concerning outbound cargoes through the agents are promptly and accurately disseminated to concerned parties
2. Prepares final proforma bills of lading for submission to shipping lines and co-loaders on or before vessel's departure
3. Ensures all documents are complete which is necessary for the preparation and issuance of House Bills of Lading
4. Proofreads or checks if there are data discrepancies between House and Master Bills of Lading
5. Inquires the departure of vessels with various shipping lines and co-loaders
6. Amends bill of lading of shipping line, co-loaders and agents concerned prior vessel's arrival at destination
7. Sends pre-alert and/or shipping documents to destination office via e-mail or courier service (if required)
8. Ensures creation of Job File in Pegasus on or before vessel's departure
9. In charge of weekly reservation and booking with shipping lines, upon receipt of Job Order from Sales Dept
10. Coordinates trucking and/or brokerage requirement of shipment, if required
11. Ensure on time, complete and accurate turnover of documentation, rates (selling cost) to designated biller
12. Prepares request for check/payment for freight and other related bills
13. Assists client on their booking requirements and other inquiries related to export shipments
14. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Has a minimum of three (3) years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
Knows about Customs E2M
Excel familiar
Computer familiar
Has good communications skill (Written and oral)
Average English literacy
Willing to extend working hour, if required
Problem solving oriented
Keen to details and organized
