Job Description
The Sales Manager will build and manage all aspects of the Sales Development team, including leadership, lead and sales process management, executive reporting, business analytics, and team development.
Provide mentoring and development of Sales Development Representatives.
Provide ongoing training that supports team and individual improvement. These include sales techniques, value propositions, and system processes.
Responsible for handling the day-to-day performance of the BDR team, including outbound prospect
calling, appointment scheduling, event registrations, and creating sales-qualified opportunities.
Need to work closely with High-Velocity Global Sales Director in the USA along with Senior Sales Manager in Manila.
Will provide feedback on daily team observations and recommend improved performance.
Salesforce.com management of leads and sales pipeline.
Job Requirement :
· 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with managing an inside sales team for North American prospects.
· Must be a strong and clear communicator. Need to be a hands-on sales leader and motivator that drives results.
· Must have the sales experience to work through a conversation and be persistent. Need to lead by example and help the team achieve goals.
· Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a top-performing team.
