As a Junior Scrum Master at IthinkWeb Corporation, your primary focus will be facilitating team dynamics and resolving any impediments that arise. You will guide the team to adhere to Agile principles and assist with continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensuring the team follows the Scrum framework and helps them deliver a high-quality product are also key responsibilities. Your role is to coach the team, empowering them to work collaboratively and removing obstacles that could potentially hinder their progress. Communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution will be key skills for supporting the team's agile workflow.Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitating the Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Guide team members in applying Agile/Scrum practices to improve delivery and collaboration.
Promote a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment.
Coach and support team members on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities to build maturity and autonomy.
Support the Product Owner in overseeing schedules, backlog refinement, prioritization, and milestone management.
Primarily interacts with other Scrum Masters and PO to align practices across teams.
Monitor sprint progress and team performance along with identifying and resolving blockers.
Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.
Ensure transparency in team progress and project status through effective documentation.
Accountable for overall project quality and providing management updates on product completion.
Support project documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Being able to lead a team but without a sense of authority.
Obtain weekly project status from all team members.
Provide regular updates to PO and management on product completion and team health.
Ensures the team is highly functional, productive, and improving over time.
Process-centric - improving how the team works and delivers.
Learn and use project/task management software.

Qualifications:Education:
With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Know at least one programming language.
Can understand modern software development.
Ability to understand technical discussions and support development teams effectively.
