You will have the opportunity to
Facilitate Scrum Events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics to increase probability of success each sprint.
Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, and Scrum framework practices.
Incorporate lessons learned and continuous improvements into the delivery cycle.
Work with product team in creating and maintaining the User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board and Team Capacity planning.
Point of contact for internal and external communication.
Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results.
Resource management of both internal and external resources assigned to a project.
Accountable for on time and quality delivery of new/enhanced functionality.
Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of costs
Must Have:
5+ years working experience in technology / consulting / telecom industry, managing multiple agile teams as a Scrum Master or a similar Agile role; and previous project management exprience (waterfall / hypbrid delivery)
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering & Management Information Systems
Experience and certification in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, SAFe, Lean, etc), Project Management (PMP), and have the ability and flexibility to adapt the approach to fit team and product environment
Experienced in using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence; and MS tools - Powerpoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio etc.
Demonstrated ability to learn; both complex technical concepts and end to end business processes
Nice to have:
Telecom experience, with focus on CRM/Billing type applications
Technical project delivery experience (systems/technologies)
