Your Role
As a scrum master of the Web Banking Team, you and your team have the full responsibility and ownership over the products and the services we provide to our customers.
You will join a group of highly skilled, motivated, and dynamic people. We value collaboration and knowledge sharing. We live agile processes, which assist us to continuously improve as individuals and as a team.

Qualifications
Your mission
Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily scrum meetings and ensure that all Agile events are held in a timely and effective way
Help the team to build their Product Backlog, to implement daily routines, and to remove obstacles
Ensure transparency, by making sure that work is captured in the Product Backlog and by supporting the refinement of Product Backlog Items
Promote Agile principles and values and facilitate adoption through daily work on the field and workshops
Engage with the appropriate practices to help identify and deliver against training needs to support and build Agile practices across the Domain
Create other inspect & adapt opportunities to help the team navigate the company's processes and respect their commitments
Help drive innovation within the team and department
Facilitate the team collaboration with stakeholders
What you need
At least 5 years of experience in working with Agile teams and understanding of Agile principles
Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, or similar are preferred), as an alternative Project Management Certifications or proven working experience can be taken into consideration
Capability to understand and speak technical details (Software/Infrastructure) language and understand the wider context of their work
Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence behaviour among your peers
Being a good communicator and enjoying working with people within cross-functional teams
Relevant experience driving organizational transformation
A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to uncovering better and more efficient ways of working
Fluent in English
You will get extra points for the following
Experience in the financial industry and Service Provider approach
Experience handling global team
Web Banking experience
