We are looking for an experienced and centred Scrum Master for Grundfos!
You will be joining "Servesa", the Product Team for group Service and Solutions. Servesa is responsible for the continuous development and discovery of the product, working closely with customers, users, and stakeholders to maximize value for everyone. The product is focused on service management and energy optimization.
We are 18 months into our Agile journey, and our area has seen great success and learning in continuously improving our organization. So much so that Grundfos is investing in more of it. Our area is composed of six Product Teams, which includes Servesa, with around 60 people in total. Our business and technology groups are involved and supportive in the journey, and show good collaboration towards one goal.
We expect Scrum Masters to be masters of Scrum, establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team, and the organization.
We expect Scrum Masters to focus on the Scrum Team's effectiveness in continuously delivering increments of value beneficial in the end for the customer, by enabling the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum Framework.
We expect Scrum Masters to be true leaders who serve the Scrum Team and the larger organization, who have the skills and experience to coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate Scrum and product development.
We are both pragmatic and ambitious in our work, and are a diverse team working with diverse stakeholders and users across the world. We expect you to contribute in sustaining a safe and productive space for everyone, both within the Scrum Team, and the larger organization as a whole. We take on a positive, respectful, learning, and experimental viewpoint, which we see as key to our ability to innovate as an Agile organization.
What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Experience working as a Scrum Master in a Scrum Team
Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners in maximizing the value of the product
Experience leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum and Agile adoption
Experience working in a Scrum Team as a Team Member before becoming a Scrum Master
