Purpose of the Job
The Scrum Master will facilitate and build high-performing Excellence teams that is to help and enable Product teams across all of Grundfos. In this position, you help shape and deliver intelligent pump solutions, bring our cloud capabilities to new levels, and improve customer experiences around the world, saving millions of litres of water.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building new Excellence teams to support a companywide digital transformation and DevOps culture
As Scrum-master you will at first take the servant leadership of 2 newly formed international agile teams
Our existing self-organized FinOps team and a completely new team to focusing on DevOps enablement
Long term as teams grow you are to focus on only one team
You will work closely together with our Agile coach as our first dedicated Scrum-master in the department with a company-wide network of Scrum-masters
With the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) our mission is to support Product teams by providing companywide state-of-the-art governance, guidance, and platforms for cloud adoption to support solutions for millions of pumps and customers around the world
Navigate with both planned "development" tasks and unplanned operational incidents
You are a great communicator and communication mentor for team members to promote and create transparency in often technical tasks to identify and show business value
You trivet in constantly and persistently challenge the status quo and by both leading the way and coach drive your team to success
Required Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of experience as Scrum Master leading or even build a new team from scratch
Have proficiency as Scrum Master maybe with a background as project manager
Proficient with agile collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Wiki, Miro, etc.
Have experience with agile philosophy and one or agile frameworks like Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Competencies:
Being organized at heart with an interest to drive and communicate tasks, priorities, and processes
Self-driven, fast learner, and collaborative
Having a servant leader and coaching mindset
Have a positive and appreciative personality
Flair for team and conflict facilitation
Thrive and enjoy to have success through the success of your team and team members
We are looking for talented people with a 'can-do' attitude and strong collaboration skills to join our Grundfos family in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will be reporting directly to the IT Director.
