RingCentral is looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing DevOps Team.
Responsibilities:
Establish Scrum in the team as defined in the
Lead, train, and coach the team to become self-managing and cross functional Scrum Team members
Ensure that Scrum events are taking place, and are effective and timeboxed
Help the Scrum Team with eliminating impediments and keeping sprint priorities on track
Help guide the Product Owners in continuously improving the product backlog management
Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
Continuously adapt and improve the Scrum Teams' effectiveness
Monitor and measure the Scrum's performance to make data-driven changes and improvements
Maintain documentations of the team's Scrum policies and guidelines
Requirements:
Full-time dedicated Scrum Master experience
Prior experience in software development (developer, QA)
Desire and passion for innovation
Assertiveness and proactivity in problem-solving and coming up with new ideas
Capability to adapt and learn new concepts and technologies as needed
Excellent work ethic, and communication and leadership skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Having a Scrum Master certification is a plus
Nice-To-Have:
Basic to intermediate experience with Java Programming.
Experience in building, deploying, analyzing and iterating on complex ETL integrations
Experience working with APIs and parsing XML or JSON formatted data outputs.
