Key Responsibilities
Managing daily operations of Booking Services / HIT customers, and overseeing a team of Process Experts, so-called "Planners", who are directly engaging with customers for day-to-day operations.
Taking ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth.
Maintaining relationships with front office stakeholders and customers, while creating a balance between business results required and customer satisfaction.
Engaging with stakeholders for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Ensuring that the customers are satisfied through performance delivery with reference to tangible performance objectives.
Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions.
Recruiting, mentoring and developing members and leaders, and nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Controlling resources and utilizing assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Adhering to and managing the approve.
