Is currently looking for:
SCHOOL REGISTRAR
Provide assistance in the preparation and actual orientation of the students on the Registrar's policies. Manages student records, schedules, and documents, and communicates with students and parents. Will work directly under the school administrator.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in education or related field.
Preferably with 1 year of work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be organized and efficient with a good track record.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare documents for transactions with DepEd.
Data encodings such as SO application, LIS, and VMS.
Assist in, the enlistment and enrollment process.
Ensure completeness of records of students and maintain zero backlogs.
Manage student files and records.
Verify student documents and requests for Good Moral Character, Transfer Credentials, Certificate of Completion, etc.
Send and review document requests to schools of new students.
Create documents requested by students and other schools and ensure the timely release of said documents.
Monitor and request office supplies.
Maintain updated registrar forms, policies, and processes.
Submit relevant reports regularly to the direct supervisor/manager.
Answer student and parent concerns through email, personal visits, and calls.
Assist in student graduation-related activities.
