Provides efficient and effective health services to students and school personnel.
The position is directly accountable to the Campus Director with the following duties and
responsibilities:
-Provides basic healthcare to students or school personnel in case of injury or acute illness
-Develops health plans for students or school personnel with chronic illnesses and disabilities
-Educates students and school personnel on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene
-Detects health problems in early stages through regular screenings
-Keeps track of students' and school personnel vaccination records as necessary
-Updates students' and school personnel medical history
-Ensures school environment is safe for children and school personnel (e.g. prevention of communicable diseases)
-Writes referrals for pediatricians and other health specialists
-Communicates and coordinates with the School Physician
-Performs an active part in the School's disaster action team
-Handles the annual physical examination for school personnel
-Ensures compliance with national and local health laws
-Performs other duties assigned by the School President or Director.
Job Qualifications Qualifications we look for:
-At least a 4-year relevant degree holder
-With MASTERS DEGREE is an advantage
-With PRC License
-Preferably with over 1 year of relevant experience
-Must be computer literate (MS Office and GSuite applications)
-With above average scholastic records
-Highly analytical with excellent written and oral communication skills
-Must have good interpersonal skills
-Must possess values and attitudes reflecting the school's mission statement
