Oversee the library to ensure cleanliness, order, and protection of the library's resources
Develop and organize library inventory (e.g. with books, collections, periodicals, multimedia, etc.)
Conduct regular checks and updates on database information
Help research reading materials and references
Publish and update content on the library's website (e.g. book summaries, reviews, blog, etc.)
Research and implement new information system techniques
Organize activities and promotional events (e.g. children's storytelling, author readings, book sales, etc.)
Manage library budgeting and billing for new equipment
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, answering phone calls, etc.
Assist in admin works when there are no classes.
Performed other tasks as deemed necessary by superior/s.
Bachelor's degree in Library Science or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe, and Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheet, PPT).
Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Above average IT skills for admin assistance (Internet applications, Data analysis, Troubleshooting)
Amenable to work in Manresa, Quezon City or to any place that are assigned to.
