Gamot Cogon Waldorf School was founded in 2005 and is in its 18th year. The school is non-stock, non-profit and non-sectarian and offers kindergarten to Grade 12. The school currently has an enrollment of 285 students. Average class size is 20-25 students. Students, Faculty and Staff come from all surrounding towns including: Dumangas, Barotac Nuevo, New Lucena, Pototan, Sta. Barbara, Pavia, Leganes, Oton and Iloilo City Proper. The school has transport services and carpooling options for the school community.
Job Description The Admin Supervisor will manage a small office that provides support to the parents, teachers and students of the School. The position requires familiarity with school operations--dealing with parents, personnel matters, finance, and day-to-day operations. The Admin supervisor ensures that tasks are completed on time, ensures that everyone is kept informed and builds a strong team-oriented culture. The admin supervisor also extends close-in support to one of the school departments.
Job Qualifications The successful applicant should have relevant experience in a supervisory position. It would be a plus to have worked in an education setting. The applicant should have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and management skills in addition to computer skills. The applicant should ideally also be knowledgeable in basic financial management. Expert English language proficiency is required.
Compensation 15000-17000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
