About the job SAP S4 HANA FSCM - Assistant Manager/Manager (Makati) | HybridWork Schedule: Morning ShiftWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | MakatiEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the PhilippinesRequirements:
Candidate must have 7 to 12 years of SAP FSCM experience which includes S/4 HANA Finance Experience with REFX
Must have at least 1 End to End implementation experience in S4 HANA of FSCM Module
Good understanding of REFX Module
Must have client facing role
Cross module integration P2P, O2C essential
Executing SAP related engagements - requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, segregation of duties design or review engagement.
Good understanding of other SAP Modules, that directly or Indirectly deals with Finance and Controlling Module.
Should have worked in large scale implementations, transformation projects and played a critical role in gathering and defining requirements, FIT GAP analysis, system configurations, project planning and deliveries etc.
Should have clear vision in terms road map for various business process in SAP, be up to date with latest innovations and out of box features within SAP Finance spectrum.
Should be experienced in people handling, mentoring, escalation handling and resource optimization etc.
Also, should be aware of Various methods SAP projects transformations and implementations i.e. water Fall method, Agile Method, SAP Activate Method etc.
Should be very good at Client interaction & project delivery, good at handling & managing team of all SAP Modules.
