Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO-based solutions, in order to meet client requirements and objectives
Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership backed by excellent oral and written communications
Applies subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for the client
Execute all deliverables in accordance with company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
Comply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones, and/or service level agreements
Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies, and procedures
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education -At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or any related course.
Related Work Experience - A minimum of 4 years of experience and strong technical skills in implementing and supporting SAP FICO.
At least 3 years of work experience in the field of IT, Support, Business Analysis or Finance & Accounting operations.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO (or SAP REFX) project delivery and/or operations.
Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in other SAP modules such as IM, PS, REFX, FSCM, TRM, SD, MM or SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting.
Knowledgeable in SAP systems integrations, cloud solutions (SaaS), AWS or coding platforms.
Exposure in Swift, BlackLine, Anaplan or open-source software is a plus.
Skills:
Must have at least 2 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning, blueprinting until hypercare and post go live support
Must have experience in accounting regulations such as IFRS15 (preferably)
Must have the ability to work independently.
Must be eager to learn and willing to expand his/her technical knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a Can Do attitude & challenges the status quo
Strong time management capabilities
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Highly self-motivated and performance orientated
Must have the ability to communicate clearly in writing to document data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
