Automotive Cross Divisional Functions
Job Description
Organization of activities and priorities to design, customize and perform required systems testing in accordance with activity timetable.
Manage a given project role assignment and multiple projects at various steps: fit-gap analysis, realization, acceptance testing, go live preparation and execution and stabilization with close supervision.
Perform SAP QM/WTY/EHS system configuration system, unit and interface testing (including subsystem) prior deployment within the agreed timetable.
Should be able to support:
(1) Simple QM/WTY master data management e.g. quality info record, inspection plan, material Q-view. (2) Straightforward SAP Quality Management and WTY concepts
(3) Quality Management & WTY basic functionalities
Work closely with the key users to sustain the QM/WTY/EHS IT solution in place.
Translates new business requirements into the already available A IT QM/WTY/EHS solutions with supervision.
Provides basic functional and technical support related to QM/WTY/EHS master data or customizing in incident handling or service request within the established Automotive processes and guidelines
Perform functional tests, handle changes or emergency transports as needed with proper documentation.
Able to provide SAP QM/WTY/EHS ad-hoc training as required by business and other SAP modules.
Participate in QM/WTY/EHS and other project workshops.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
Minimum 2 years working experience in IT or related business area.
Possess basic skills and satisfactory grasp of Quality Management processes
Basic knowledge of integration with relevant SAP modules e.g. MM, IM/WM and CO and external systems.
Project management knowledge a plus
Minimum 2 years experience with at least 1 SAP project implementation and support management
With basic knowledge of SAP QM configuration and Authorization management
Basic customizing know-how in WTY/EHS a plus
With business process experience or background relevant to Quality Management & related processes
