Participates in project implementation (e.g. upgrade to S4/HANA, small or big scale enhancement requests) providing expertise and recommending best practices in Production Planning (SAP PP)
Facilitates requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements
Provides system solutions, along with identifying, validating, and interpreting business needs and requirements
Responsible for designing, customizing, configuring, and testing modules of PP particularly for change requests and enhancement projects
Develops program/functional specifications on ABAP enabled reports or programs, and spearheads in thorough testing prior to handing over to end-users for UAT
Provides application maintenance support, taking care of concerns and errors encountered by end-users; doing the necessary analysis and investigation and finding/applying permanent or workaround solutions.
Performs functional testing to validate that system changes and/or enhancements are aligned to functional/business requirements as well as carry out integration testing to ensure no functionality gets broken or impacted upon deployment to production environment
Responsible for preparing and maintaining required documentation, including, but not limited to functional specification documentation, business procedures, quick reference guides and user manuals
Prepares company-specific training and training materials related to PP and conducts classroom or virtual training to end-users
Prepares workflow to ensure that projects can be completed within defined scope, budget and time
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
At least 6 years work experience in SAP PP - Production Planning
At least 2 full cycle PP implementation and Experience on Project and Operational Support Environment
Support Experience with SAP QM is a plus
PP-Master Data Sound knowledge of MRP. Planning Strategies (MTS,MTO). Product on Execution. Scheduling. Well conversant in Batch Management
BOM, Resource/Work Center. Recipe/Routing, Product on version, Goods Receipt. Goods Issue etc.
In depth knowledge on SAP ERP function modules (e.g. Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Logistics, WM, etc.) is required
Knowledge on PP Process Industries, PM + PLM + APO/IBP and other system Interfaces
Experience and/or exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Fast Moving Consumer Goods 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
