Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP MM, Source to Pay, with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)
Should have prior experience of team handling (10-15 FTE)
Should have end to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects.
Requirements:
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
Should have prior working experience in S4 Hana implementations and rollouts.
Ability to conduct Client interviews and requirement gathering
Individual needs to drive detailed design discussions and System Architecture discussions
Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices and Industry knowledge
Individual should have min 2 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
Individual need to have strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA Material Management and Procurement Domain & Best Practices
Must-Have qualifications in candidate:
Certification SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement (TS450 /TS452)- 1909 or Higher
Excellent Communication skill is a must (Before we screen from Point 2 onwards)
Relevant Experience Range: 11-14 Years
Client facing, stakeholder management and mid-size team handling experience.
S/4HANA Experience: Must to have (Version 1809 onwards and upwards) min 2.
S/4 Sourcing and Procurement Capabilities Implemented: LTMC , CVI and Business partner configuration , Central Procurement in S4, Flexible workflow, WRICEF development in S4, ARIBA or Coupa integration with S4 , VIM experience (Readsoft or Opentext) , Integration with EWM (any 5-6 from above)
Industry Knowledge: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Telecom, Logistics (Min 2 from the list).
