Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP BPC and Group Reporting implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Define and implement planning and consolidation architecture standards and best practices.
Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to design integrated planning and reporting solutions.
Manage integration with S/4HANA Universal Journal and other SAP modules.
Oversee development of BPC logic scripts, business rules, and data manager packages.
Drive adoption of SAP Group Reporting and transition from legacy consolidation tools.
Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting use cases.
Provide strategic input on cloud transformation using RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
Mentor and guide a team of BPC consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in planning and consolidation processes.
Required Skills:
10 to 12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in SAP BPC (Embedded and Standard).
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPC, S/4HANA Group Reporting, and financial planning processes.
Deep understanding of consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, CDS Views, and data modeling.
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning and Reporting.
Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certification in BPC or S/4HANA Group Reporting.
Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Work Zone.
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
