Job Description
Play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of a SAP HCM
Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SAP HCM
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SAP HCM in compliance with the Best Practices
Design and implement SAP HCM full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support)
Integrate the solution with other SAP module or any other NON-SAP solution
Configure in accordance with Solution Design & and Business Blueprint
Prepare & Execute Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Technical Qualification:
Minimum of 1 full cycle SAP Implementation
4 years of SAP HCM configuration and support particularly in PA/OM, Payroll and Time Management
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 4 years of SAP HCM configuration and support experience
Extensive knowledge of implementing and configuring SAP HCM modules in complex business environments
Excellent analytical and hands-on problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
