Play a key role in the maintenance of a SAP HCM
Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SAP HCM
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SAP HCM in compliance with the Best Practices
Design and implementation of SAP HCM full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
Expertise in integrating the solution with other SAP module or any other NON-SAP solution
Proficient in system configuration in accordance with Solution Design & and Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
