Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client financial processes.
Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and FIT-GAP analysis.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on WRICEF developments.
Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
Ensure integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Finance domain.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process design.
Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, and PP.
Certifications:
Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
