Support the Controlling (CO) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client cost management and profitability processes.
Configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.
Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Controlling domain.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration, including cost planning, allocations, product costing, and profitability analysis.
Good understanding of Universal Journal and S/4HANA innovations in Controlling.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Cross-module integration experience with FI, MM, SD, and PP.
Certifications:
Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
