Job Description:
Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
Focus on business process engineering efforts and technology enablement
Key Responsibilities:
Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Investment Management and Project systems
Apply strong knowledge of the business processes and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations, which includes General ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Asset Management
Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and create functional requirements
Create blueprint documentation for the SAP Application
Coordinate work with other SAP Functional Consultants' across the client's team
Configure SAP CO, IM and PS to meet client business requirements, including connection points with SD, PM, MM and implementation of SAP best practices
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
Prepare detailed test plans , for all scenarios based on each business process
Conduct User Acceptance Testing with the client
Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
Conduct cutover planning and assist client in the actual cutover and data migration
Provide leadership to client personnel assigned to projects
Provide go-live support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
Five (3) years experience as SAP CO consultant
At least two (2) full lifecycle implementations as an SAP CO functional consultant
Analytical with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
