Basic Functions:
The SAP Business Object/Technical Consultant is responsible for developing, asses and create a solution for a business process of a client and customized this depends on the needs. Must be knowledgeable about Business Intelligence and Business Warehouse, Analytics functions.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for creating Business Intelligence Reports using SAP BA tools such as SAP
Crystal Reports, SAP Dashboard Design * Enabling BI Reports to mobile using SAP BI Mobile App
Installation of BI Platform Server, Crystal Report Server, SAP Data Services and Its Server tools as well as the Client Tools
Manage servers in the Central Management Console (CMC) and the Central Configuration Manager (CCM)
Create users, assign securities, and schedule BI reports in BI Launched Pad and emails.
Conduct User Enablement, User Training
Giving support for issues and perform troubleshooting on our clients Familiar in SAP Service Marketplace/SAP Support Portal (Downloading SAP Tools and SAP Facts/SAP Release Notes)
Familiar in SAP Help Portal and SAP Community Network
Familiar in other Analytic Tools
Set up on Tableau Server and its Desktop Client tools
Creating of Analytic Reports
Job specifications:
College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or Accountancy or other relevant fields
1 to 2 years work experience in the Business Analysis function
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop an effective working relationships with personnel from other cultures and backgrounds
With high level of customer service and follow-up skills required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with minimum supervision
