About the Role
Provide professional and best-in-class support for the business on chosen systems.
The department is responsible for the Operations and Basis part of the all the SAP and other applications used throughout the entire Grundfos Group (ERP, CRM, SRM, SCM, GTS, HR, PI/XI, BI/BW, Portal, HANA and many more The individual holding this position will work as part of the Group team for SAP Basis and in close cooperation with the IS Information Solutions Division as well as the Operational partner of Grundfos Information Services.

Key Activities:
The individual will together with application consultants, sourcing partner, developers and other infrastructure areas be responsible for performance and high availability. Incident handling for all environment/systems will also be part of the job.
Handles business critical products and services with deployment, scripting, support, process improvement etc.
Participate in 24/7 operations team
Coordinate with different products for process improvement through meetings
Collaborate with internal and external consultant developers for automation, support, process improvement, etc.
Participate, suggest and strategize new Product's
Decide, strategize deployment cycle and help in converting on-premise Applications server to be in Cloud server
Conduct trainings to other teams
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to DevOps members to make sure they have enough tasks, gives technical advices etc.
Helps manager in decision-making for team
Drive technical meetings
Create technical documentation
Ensure process matureness
Ensure lifecycle on all used platforms
Ensure business-required levels of security in all areas based on approved security policies
Administer and maintain infrastructure to ensure proper operation and availability
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in IT and IT System Engineering.
Strong ability influence others
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the IT and IT System Engineering area
Most likely to have 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
Self driven
