Job description
We are looking for a SAP Encoder/ Data Analyst to Encode, monitor and prepare reports using SAP B1 based on our company's needs.
SAP Encoder responsibilities include tracking order, purchases, inventory ,deliveries, payroll preparation and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices, warehouse reports),
If you're familiar with business and supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate data to analytical reports, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Study and learn the module of SAP Business One.
All receipts of purchases and sales and Inventory Transactions have to be encoded into the SAP Business One system.
Forward all receipts encoded to the secretary for proper filing. If the items have no Item code, Make new item code.
Compare the SAP Report from Manual Report if they are the same.
Submit all the reports of Purchases and Sales monthly.
Email the report to the VP. Print a copy of SAP Business One Report and Manual Report to be submitted to the President.
Petty Cash - Tabulate all the expenses monthly. Get the total amount of petty cash monthly to be recorded to SAP.
Schedule of Submitting the Reports to All Departments.
Ensures that all Delivery Receipt information are posted in the SAP through Goods Receipt. Includes delivery receipt number, date of delivery, quantity, manufacturing and expiration dates of product.
Creates Stock Transfer Orders for stocks received from other plant and issues stocks released from the plant through Goods Issuance in SAP.
Ensures all Stock Transfer Orders created in SAP are issued by supplying plants through Goods Issuance(SAP) and ensures that they are received through Goods Receipt(SAP).
Other related task may be assigned from time to time.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts
Prepare cost analyses

Requirements

Work experience as a SAP Encoder or similar role
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g SAP B1, Cisco, Oracle)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of market research
Solid organizational skills
BS in Information Technology ,Data Analytics or relevant field
