Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support business assessment and roadmaps for our client, advise clients on SAP Ariba functionality & new features, share and shape implementation options to overcome current challenges and/or optimize key business processes
2. Lead/support implementation engagements using a deep knowledge of SAP Ariba and its capabilities.
3. Support Clients's pursuits related to SAP Ariba opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information, supporting SAP Ariba sales cycles
4. Demonstrate understanding of processes and best practices to help an organization improve outcomes
5. Support/develop cutting edge points of view/articles on SAP Ariba that drives Client's equity in the market
6. Develop and expand SAP Ariba professional skills through continual learning and "hands on" experience
7. Support internal capability development through robust training sessions (design curriculum/deliver sessions) for the practice.
Prior Experience
Educational: MBA / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
Experience:
4-8 Years post qualification
2+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated experience in SAP Ariba solution implementations.
Skills:
1. Hands on Experience in Requirement gathering and Solution design for the SAP Ariba Modules: SLPM, Sourcing, Contracts and P2P
2. SAP Ariba Integration with MM and Technical Architecture
3. SAP Ariba Business Case and Roadmap development
4. Experience with other Sourcing and Procurement solutions like Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer etc... is preferable. However, not mandatory.
5. Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Sourcing and Procurement, Planning, Inventory. Manufacturing, Warehousing and logistics processes
6. Knowledge of SAP Ariba implementation methodology
7. Data, Cutover and Hpercare support for SAP Ariba projects
