What are the expected responsibilities?
Responsible for handling complex requirements, coding and testing of Applications to meet the design specifications.
Ensures that the Application is maintained, fine-tuned and repaired to keep them performing according to Functional Specifications
Responsible for the execution and documentation of results of tests necessary to ensure that an Application or technical environment meets performance requirements
Should be able to provide assessment on the impact relating to technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms and servers, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security and operations management
Comply with time and expense reporting policies.
Complete the Self-Assessment for Performance Management activities action on time.
Attend the Monthly App Dev Team Meeting
Attend the Monthly JGS-IT Townhall
Attend other meetings such as problem solving discussion and root cause analysis. (as needed)
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice
At least 4 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience. In the case of Applications and Operations Support a work experience equivalency evaluations should be performed, but should be commensurate to the aforementioned experience.
Background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology
Knowledgeable with WRICEFF, HCM ABAP coding
