Description:
» Perform simple and complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP HCM modules
» Provide SAP technical support and guidance in all client's requirements and business processes
» Provide SAP technical consulting skills to end users in support of the long term sustainment and continuous improvement of SAP enabled processes.
» Conduct initial testing of new or modified program, including documentation to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
» Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers
» Interface with payroll groups from time to time to ensure that all requested Information required for SAP project implementation are properly collected, disseminated and that all requests are fulfilled
» Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems & ensure efficiency of operation.
