Resolve program bugs encountered by the users and develop/implement new programs based on functional specifications as provided by the SAP functional consultants as per agreed SLA terms / project timeline.
Perform programming development / debugging work (whether it be a report, online screen or batch update program etc.)
Prepare all related documentation (program docs, training docs, test scenarios etc.) as per standards/procedures
