Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, and communicate all necessary sanitary and plumbing needs for a mid-rise
building.
• Collaborate with other professionals to build, maintain, and turn-over a mid-rise building structure from
ground up.
• Constantly provides updates and analyzes the sanitary aspects of mid-rise condo building construction.
• Reports to the project manager and the top management.
• Request for necessary requirements and monitors usage of such requirements in the duration of the
project.
• Creates, checks, and analyzes sanitary plans for mid-rise condo building construction, provides
technical expertise to successfully complete mid-rise condo building project.
Job Requirements:
• Must be Licensed Sanitary Engineer.
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in vertical construction locally abroad.
• Equipped with vast technical and practical knowledge on Sanitary requirements of mid-rise building
construction.
