Job Description Regional Acquisition Lead for NNCR - Wireless - Leads in readying and managing SAQ Vendors to achieve target STRATEGY & PLANNING Work with RAM Head for target setting per Vendor and Service Type Formulate strategy to ensure achievement of targets Identify improvement opportunities to drive high-performing vendors VENDOR MANAGEMENT Vendor performance management Monitoring performance and compliance of vendors Conduct field audits to ensure consistency in vendor performance Ensure DAR is aligned with prescribed standards to achieve RTB forecast Oversees vendor incentive program processing and validates disputes Works on vendor enablement Conducts certification and training programs to vendor leads (T3) including Persuasive Selling Presentation/Handling of Objections Drives use of tools and compliance to ways of working Drives regular cadence via Monthly and Quarterly Operations Review Vendor selection and re-awarding with consideration of current/historical performance Provides comprehensive periodic vendor assessment with insights on key drivers PIPELINE MANAGEMENT Maintains a healthy pipeline by: Ensuring we have enough endorsements to sustain throughput and achieve target in the next three months Aging sites went through problematic sites handling Validates and confirms A/RTB commitments of the vendor Monitors and drives RTB conversion by diligent monitoring of A/RTB declaration until completion of all RTB requirements. Provides outlook based on current pipeline health with considerations of problematic sites along with strategy on how to compensate for any deficit PROBLEM HANDLING Attends to escalations to ensure delivery of A/RTB: Handling of lessor complaints VIP escalation and resolution Attend HOA/Barangay public hearings that requires presence of GT Conducts LGU, NGA, Coop, HOA engagement Provide immediate coordination with the BRGY after site survey Ensure resolution of valid concerns from implementation of technical team which results to work stoppage. ADMIN Review and approval of the following requests: E-LAS Ex-Deal COB - Certificate of Billing COL - Contract of Lease (LCR) Submission and monitoring of the following requests: PR (Purchase Request) Memo Field glass for resource requisition Tracks progress and follow-through on the following: Issue/Action Steps Monitoring from MOR Dependencies of projects Call-outs from cross-domain cadences Provides updates on SAQ to other enabling groups: NTG Domains Baluarte PCB - Program Control Board EG/SG/Consumer Sales Attends to regular cadences with cross-functional groups but should be limited to SAQ agenda with pre-work done prior the meeting: NTG Domains Local / Regional Counterparts FO - Field Operations EG / SG / Consumer Sales Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
